Greg has been a friend for years.  Friendship aside, he has sold two of our homes for top dollar, timely.  Even in the summer of 2008 when nothing was selling he sold ours...timely.  We have referred him to many friends and colleages who rave about his knowledge, tact, and professionalism.  We have referred friends who wanted to get in the business and now due to his direction and assistance they are top producers supporting their families. 

We are now coming back to Houston and unfortunately Greg is not here to help us sell our current home.  We do plan to pick his brain.. and may have him fly up here to give us some direction which he has said he is willing to do.
